Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department were called to the Fox Meadow School at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19, where there was a report of a criminal mischief incident.

Police said that officers found tire tracks all over the Fox Meadow field, with the tracks starting at the southeast portion of the field, where the vehicle entered off of Hampton Road. There were several looping patterns that ended at the north end of the field. The vehicle is believed to have exited onto Chesterfield Road.

According to police, investigators said that the field was last found to be in good condition as of the Sunday before the incident.

Investigators did a walk through around the tracks, but found no evidence. They also canvassed the area for any residences that may have cameras that caught the incident, again without success.

The total cost of the damage to the field is expected to top $5,000. The investigation is ongoing.
